This was my regular store for a while but I moved almost a year ago. I still go to this store sometimes when I'm in the area. Today I went and the batista not only remembered my order, my extra I liked in my drink but she remembered my name!! And I wasn't even using my app because my friend paid. This blew my mind!!! I do drive a pink car so I am memorable but to remember all 3 things, I just couldn't believe it. I also want to say that this store is the ONLY store in las vegas that I know i can order a Frappuccino and it will be made perfectly. I don't even bother ordering one at the store close to me now. Kuddos to this store!!! 5 stars!!

We are frequent customers at this location, and it has quickly become our favorite! Everyone is so friendly and welcoming at all times, even have our usual orders ready for us when we come in! They always are ready for a recommendation when I want to try something new, and all in all amazing atmosphere at this store. Props to Isaac by the way, everytime he helps serve us he is FAST and friendly, always engaging and making drinks with a smile. Isaac needs some praise y'all, he be MAKING those drinks fr.
The best Starbucks in Vegas. Not heavily crowded, nice warm calm atmosphere, and the perfect spot to unwind and enjoy a coffee or finish up that college paper we may or may not have procrastinated on
Even when overwhelmingly busy the atmosphere, attitude, food, and service do not change. This is a rare achievement for any establishment. I travel amd have visited high end businesses with much less skill than the team at this Starbucks location of Desert Inn and Decatur in Las Vegas, NV. Well done.

I’m very fond of this little Starbucks! The employees are always delightful to interact with, and they are prompt and caring about your order. I have never had a bad experience at this location. I will go slightly out of my way to go to this one because I know that they treat their customers well.
